Purchase Agreement:

By purchasing a rabbit(s) from Happily Pet Farm, I acknowledge the following policies:

Mini Rex – Mini Lops – Holland Lops – Lion Heads – Netherland Dwarf – Mini Plush Lop

We currently sell Mini RexMini LopsLion HeadsMini Plush LopsHolland Lops, and Netherland Dwarf rabbits at Happily Pet Farm which are able to leave at the age of 8 weeks and older. We also sell mature breeders/retired adults.

Reservations/Deposits:

All sales are on a first come, first serve basis. A deposit is required to be added to the reservation list. You can choose to pay the full amount in advance or pay 50% reservation holding deposit and the rest in cash at pick-up. Payments and deposits are non-refundable. If your bunny dies within our care you will choose another bunny of equal value or receive a credit for a future purchase. Paypal, Chime, venmo, zelle,  cash app or Gift Cards. and the remaining balance paid in cash or When you receive your tracking number . Checks are not accepted under any circumstances. If you do not pay a deposit, we cannot hold a rabbit for you and the rabbit will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.

Holding Time

Your rabbit(s) will be reserved and held until the “available for pick-up” date unless otherwise negotiated. If you are needing a rabbit held longer than that period an additional fee will be asked ($10/day boarding fee). If not otherwise negotiated, if the rabbit(s) have not been picked up by the pick up date, the rabbit(s) will be considered abandoned and will be sold to the next customer on a first come, first serve basis. bunnies must be paid in full. If you are unavailable to pick up on the week of the ready date we will hold the bunnies up to one week free of charge. After one week it is $10/day boarding fee. If purchasing a bunny older than 8 weeks of age we will hold the bunnies up to one week free of charge for pick up. After one week it is $10/day boarding fee. There will be no refunds if you change your mind for any reason, at any time, or if you do not pick up your rabbit(s) within the time period. It is your responsibility to plan accordingly if you are coming from out of town or are having a transporter pick up the rabbit(s) . We can also have your bunnies shipped and delivered on agreement of both parties and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Special arrangements may be made for additional costs if cage space is available, or if we are traveling to a show or function both parties are attending.

Health

All of our rabbits are in good health when they leave our Rabbitry. We take extra care to ensure they are in the optimal condition and inspect our rabbits before selling them. Our reputation shows this to be the case. If there are any rabbits with questionable health, we do not sell them. It is your responsibility to inspect the rabbits before taking them home with you. Once they leave our Rabbitry, we no longer have any control of their health, safety and well-being. Therefore, we do not give refunds or replacements.

Right of Refusal:

We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason, period. We also reserve the right to cancel a reservation without explanation. If any deposits have been made and we initiate the cancellation, we will issue a full refund.

Returns:

All sales are final. However, if for some reason you no longer feel you can care for a rabbit(s) you have purchased from Happily Pet Farm, contact us. NO REFUND will be given, but we will make sure the rabbit is taken care of. Please do not abandon your rabbit in the wild or to a shelter. We are happy to help find a new home for your rabbit(s). Again, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! Do not take your Bunny to a shelter if you cannot care for it. Please return it to Happily Pet Farm.

Closed Rabbitry:

We currently do not allow visitors to walk through our Rabbitry or touch our breeding stock or cages. This is for many reasons. The main reason is to ensure our rabbits maintain good health and do not pick up any diseases or sickness from visitors. We also like to maintain the privacy and safety of our family, bunnies, and property. We apologize for the extreme caution, but hope that you understand and respect our policy. Doing this allows us to ensure you are receiving the healthiest, best quality rabbits possible and no sickness or diseases are spread. We have healthy animals and intend to keep them that way.

By purchasing a rabbit You have read, understand and acknowledge the policies within this Purchase Agreement.
